You have a two week (14 days) period to return any items to us, no questions asked. We do not cover the costs of return shipping.
The return address is on the shipping label under "Sender". If you can't find it, or it is not legible, feel free to contact us using the contact field below, and we will send you the return shipping address. Please make sure you include the delivery slip from your package so our warehouse can assign the order to your return.
Make sure to keep the receipt for the return shipping so we can track your package if necessary.
Please note, for health reasons, we can only accept goods that are in their original and unopened packages. For more details, see our terms and conditions. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, and booked off your order, the amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
If your address is shown as invalid, it may be that your country is not currently available for delivery. We are very sorry for this.
We are working on a solution to open more countries for delivery. As more countries become available, we will announce it on Instagram.

If you can't find your zip code here, try placing the order through another internet browser, sometimes it works that way. :)
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation - including a link to track the shipment. Clicking the link will bring up the DHL tracking number for your package.
You have already received a shipping confirmation, but your shipping status just doesn't change for a few days? Then please contact us 14 days after the last update and we will investigate the whereabouts of your snacks. Unfortunately, we do not have any information for you before that.

So you can receive your order as quickly as possible, all orders go directly to the warehouse. That means you only have a limited cancellation period. (Don't worry if it's too late, just return the products within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase!)
